In only a year of existence and with only one previous season of dance under its belt, One Body One God (OBOG) has managed to attract quite a following. This was evident from the social media buzz leading up to its sophomore production ‘The Breaking’, and the full house of patrons who turned out recently to partake of the group’s offerings. The dance collective – founded by Sherona Wright, Judene Edwards and Charissa Clemetson and made up of young talented dancers from various church dance ministries – appears very passionate about its desire to marry technical excellence with effective ministry, and those who attended its two shows were eager to see what OBOG had to offer.
